Happy Birthday buddy! I can't believe our little man is seven years old already! There are so many things we love about Layton! He is thoughtful, kind, always a peacemaker, and I can always count on him doing the right thing. He has a genuine love for people and a wonderful smile! Sometimes he can't even speak because he's smiling so big! We are so thankful for you Layton! 
Layton loved his vintage airplanes from Great-Grandma and Grandpa Herbst!

The day started out with breakfast in bed (I had good intentions to make waffles, but fruit loops are good too, right?)

And Ang, so happy to hear that you bought Wackee Six. It's seriously such a fun and addicting game huh? All thanks to Tiffany....look at what she started??? We should schedule a Wackee Six party soon!!!

i was just remembering the other day about a funny memory. you had layton and trenton in your wal-mart cart and trenton had just opened a bottle of brown dye you had planned on buying! i can't believe he and layton are 7! crazy how fast time flies.

Trenton opened a bottle of brown dye?? Sounds like him. Tell Layton happy b-day for us. Wish we were still close, Trenton is way into star wars and wii also. I was thinking about you guys the other day and how excited we were that Trenton finally had a boy to play with and when I got him from your house you said the same thing, yet they played Strawberry Shortcake the whole time! Nice to see they've out grown that. (smile)
